A lovely blue classic 1976 VW campervan towing a shortened front end only version of the same camper. This would have taken quite some fabrication, take a look at the front wheel arch, window and door on the towing vehicle and compare this to the conversion.

Silver VW Passat & Abbey Caravan Crash

A silver VW Passat is seen towing an Abbey caravan. The driver was taken to Lincoln County Hospital by air ambulance with chest pains. Police said her condition was not thought to be life threatening. The driver's husband, also 64, was checked over at the hospital, and the driver of the blue Peugeot 206, an 18-year-old woman from Gainsborough, was taken to A & E as a precaution. Both cars suffered very visible damage in the crash on the B1190 Bardney Causeway, just outside Bardney.
